How brokers build interest for Costa Rica’s newest high-end retreat

The Azulera luxury resort village in Costa Rica goes to market as a uniquely eco-conscious, community-attuned resort,  competing with an influx of resort communities aimed at the wealthy elite. Azulera’s independent sales brokers needed to be motivated and well-armed with materials to sell Azulera as a viable option for those prime investors, retirees and eco-travelers.
