Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) competes against the teleco giants for internet/telecom business services by providing advice and customized service for small and midsized businesses, tuned to the unique needs and passions of their entrepreneurial customers.

Mobium developed the brand positioning, focusing and defining the brand based on research, and developed the external and internal communication plans to drive the branding and lead-generation messaging to market. The program requires a flexible and multi-layered approach, given some 31 operating divisions spread throughout the country, each with different service bundles, offers and new-business priorities.
