Don Schultz to explore the new trails of integrated marketing at Mobium New Paradigm event on January 14

The Mobium New Paradigm Series will begin 2003 with a “state-of-the-practice address” by the pioneer of integrated marketing communications, Professor Don E. Schultz of Northwestern University. The event, scheduled for January 14, promises to be a thought-provoking and wide-ranging discussion.

Schultz is the author of nine books including the pioneering and definitive text on integrated marketing communication. His latest book, “Raising The Corporate Umbrella,” explores current issues in integrated corporate and product branding from a global perspective. He has published over 100 articles on marketing, advertising and integrated communication in most of the leading trade and academic journals around the world.

About Don Schultz
Don Schultz is Professor of Integrated Marketing Communication, Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. He is also president of the global marketing consultancy Agora, Inc., also located in Evanston. Formerly, he was a senior partner of Targetbase, an Omnicom company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Considered by many to be the preeminent authority on integrated marketing today, he holds a Ph.D. in mass media and a masters of advertising from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich., and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. He also spent 10 years with Tracy-Locke Advertising and Public Relations where he served as management supervisor for a number of national consumer and business-to-business accounts.
