Mobium is the product of the revolutionary paradigm shifts that are creating a new age of business communications. We’re not an advertising agency. We’re not a design firm. We’re not an interactive agency. We’re not brand consultants. We’re all those things.

 

A new kind of thing
We don’t fit into any established, traditional little cubby holes. In fact, as far as we’re concerned, being known as one of those things really puts you in a hole these days. In fact, the traditionalists in our industry are so far behind the curve they’re frantically trying to locate Mr. Peabody for a quick spin in the Wayback Machine.

We’re just the opposite. Mobium is a unique, innovative, hard-to-categorize, constantly evolving, new kind of creative integrated business branding and communications firm. (Try putting that on a business card.)

We’re not traditional in any way. Including the way we’re organized, the way we work or how we relate to one another. We’re always evolving. Including the kinds of services, processes, media and partnerships we offer our clients. In fact, we’ve been altered more times and in more ways than Luther Vandross’s tuxedo.

And we’re proud of it.

We have a reason for being
Which is to help business marketers and communicators take advantage of revolutionary paradigm shifts in how business communication takes place. These changes create new opportunities to leverage new marketing approaches, new communications techniques and creative options as well as new media. In other words, opportunities to convert all that mind-numbing change into a competitive advantage.

We believe this provides real value because most business marketers are having trouble keeping up. And, as a result, they’re as nervous and jerky as a Belfast carhop. They’re Barney Fife on a triple latte. Which may explain why some of our clients come to us more on edge than Gary Oldman after drinking a pot of espresso and realizing he’s out of cigarettes.

Cultivating change
To keep pace with all this wackiness, and in fact embrace it, we’ve defined key marketing and communications paradigm shifts that business communicators face, the opportunities they create, and the principles, paradigms and processes that we’ve found will help them take advantage of all this shift.

A relearning organization
To be true to that vision of change we view Mobium as place with many forums for defining, evaluating and communicating these changes, principles and paradigms.

Mobium is a place where learning and learning to adjust to change are continuous. It is an organization where we learn from one another. Where generalists and specialists share insights with everyone else in a variety of forums, including prototype teams, group meetings, ongoing seminars, Mobium U. and within individual client teams working on specific projects.
