By design, Mobium is a horizontal organization. That's not a comment on the height and width of our people or the position in which some of us function best. It's about how we're organized.

We run the company together. In fact, we've found that in a company of slightly organized chaos dedicated to insanely great work dealing in a world of constant change it helps to have the inmates run the asylum.

Basically we're a bunch of communication generalists and specialists, lightly strung together into core client teams. We call them amoeba teams. Each team is made up of professionals with different disciplines all focused on business-to-business marketing and communications issues.

The core team executes all work for a client.

Everyone participates in strategy and creative. In other words, we're more hands-on than a night in the Orgy Room at Plato's Retreat.
